OPENING DAY UPDATE!
Unfortunately the DNV will not be issuing our permits on April 1st as expected due to some unforeseen delays in getting the fields into useable condition. As such, we’ve had to update our schedule.Opening Day is now Saturday, April 9th!The ceremony will begin at 9:30am at Kilmer Park (rain or shine). Games will follow on all diamonds after 10:30am and the concession will be OPEN!A few more things to know as we continue to prep:~ TBALL, Rookie and A teams and schedules will be sent next week.~ we will be having field prep / setup walkthroughs on April 2nd at Kilmer to show all coaches and field maintenance volunteers how to setup and take care of the fields. Coordinators will be in touch on the confirmed timing for each division (will be Saturday AM).~ we will be having a second Pants / Bats sale on April 2nd to get rid of even more stuff from the cage. Click here to order.~ Landyachtz x LVLL chairs will soon be available from the concession. These are limited edition so keep your eyes out as they are sure to sellout quickly!~ Photo Day is scheduled for April 23rd at Kilmer.The concession is still needing open and close volunteers – if you signed up as a concession captain during registration please reach out before we call on you! We are bringing back the BBQ so will need more Foodsafe captains this year. It takes a lot to keep the concession running smoothly and we need all the help we can get!
